• After installing and activztion of the plugin, I got following error on all of my pages, including the dashboard:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct() on a non-object

Only way to resolve this was by renaming the folder name of the plugin (with ftp), which allowed me to access my dashboard again and remove the plugin.

What theme – other plugins are you running? Sometimes theme developers leave out essential code for this plugin to work correctly.

Another problem could be if it is running on Multi-Site, it will not work on a multi-site install, that I do know for sure.

Had the same problem.. I had a feeling it conflicted with the Theme My Login plugin. I tried deactivating Theme My Login before activating User Registration Aide and it installed correctly, no error message. I then activated TML and it seems to be working so not sure anymore if that was really the issue..

I am running WordPress 3.9.1., with the Weaver II 2.1.12 theme. It is not multi-site, but I have installed the wp software in a subfolder, not in the root. Theme My Login 6.3.10 is also installed.

There have been other reports of conflicts with TML and a few themes, however it has been awhile. I will look into the TML and Weaver if it is free. Thanks, keep me updated if you will so I can correct this going forward so we don’t have this issue anymore.
