Activating Plugin Moves Enqueued Scripts

Hi Photocrati,

I’ve noticed with version 2.0.7 of the plugin and WP 3.6, that any scripts that are enqueued and set to be loaded in the footer are now being loaded at the very end of the footer (below the admin bar) instead of at the top.

Any chance you could take a look at that?
