Activating hurts my site

    As soon as i activate i get this at the top of the page, whether logged into back end or normally.

    Warning: Unexpected character in input: ‘\’ (ASCII=92) state=1 in /home/XXXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/themes/edge131/feather/lib/feather-theme.php on line 237

    Apart from seeing this on the top of every page, my theme is partially removed and the positioning of site content is moved.

    (there are also some other errors very similar to this elsewhere in the site whilst the plugin is active but this is the main one.)

    It also prevented me from entering my API Key, every time i click save it sends me to a blank white page with the WARNING error at the top followed by:
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/XXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/themes/edge131/feather/lib/feather-theme.php:237) in /home/XXXXXXX/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876

    As soon as i deactivate it the site returns to normal.

    Hi Jaydee18.

    It seems that your theme does not want to play with our plugin.

    Without access to the theme itself it is difficult for us to troubleshoot this problem.
