Activating akismet crashes my site

    As usual, I clicked to update, afterwards, I got this error.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home1/opinion1/public_html/opinionhead/wp-content/plugins/simple-forum/admin/sfa-framework.php on line 60

    Obviously it is the simple forum plugin and akismet not playing nice together. I will check for an upgrade to simple-forums, maybe that will do it?

    Something in simple-forum is using up more memory that your server allows for PHP processes.

    Ok, figured it out, it was not akismet, nor the simple forum plugin, it was the pollme plugin. As far as the limits go, that is not the problem, my limits are set way high, look at the numbers again, that number is way lower. Anyway, itis not akismet.
