At the moment it is not.
Many main aspects of the plugin need to operate network
wide in order for their features to function.
I will try and look into adding a management page to the network admin to control what the plugin exposes to certain sites in the network.
I will update this thread with more info soon.

Thanks Max. Personally I don’t think it is too much of an issue that it has do be activated network wide. The reason I asked is because I am responsible for a couple of sites on a network of which I am not the super admin. I now need to convince the super admin to activate the plugin 🙂
