• The Acronym Plugin has a painstaking bug: Acronyms are not only explained in the text of an entry but also in the alternate description of an image where HTML-tags aren’t interpreted by browsers. Can you reproduce this bug?

I had to deactive the plugin since it was messing up my blog entries. Hopefully, there will be a solution for this problem soon!

    Same problem here!

Well, I put up a workaround on my site yesterday…
I thought the workaround is a little ugly, so … today I came up with a more elegant solution (that is: a new regular expression).
Feel free to grab it from the original page:

    Cool! 🙂

Now, I have another problem with the latest version of your useful plugin. Every time, I save a blog entry, I get the following error messages:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/baldur/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/acronyms.php:88) in /home/baldur/public_html/blog/wp-admin/post.php on line 355
The changed blog entry is saved, so the problem isn’t really serious but disturbing.

OK, that’s a WP 1.3 “problem”, WP 1.2 doesn’t show the error message above. Sorry for the disturbance!
