Achievement Unlocked – But BP activity stream and profile page not updated

Hi Paul

I just created a simple “event” achievement based on “invite anyone” event. (This was done for testing purpose)

If a member invites one user via “invite any one” plug in, he unlocks the achievement and earn Karma points

Once the event was completed, the Unlock message displayed in the light box. Achievement page also shows who unlocked it last. But BP activity stream does not show any update about this unlocking. And nothing is shown on the members profile either. And no email was received to the member unlocked it (I assume an email is sent or a notification is displayed)

Am I missing anything here?
