    Is there a simple way to allow logged in users to upgrade to a new level? ie: level 2 can become a level 3 for a price etc etc.

    Where would we set the paramaters as well as to if it extends their EOT date or just keeps it the same with the upgraded level?

    I might not be saving your life here because, to be honest, this is not a strength of s2member.

    One way of achieving what you want might be to use the One-Time Offers feature in the Pro version, as explained here. The new sale would set the new parameters in the same way as for the original sale.

    Another way might be to sell enhanced custom capabilities equivalent to those enjoyed by users at the next level, as suggested here.
