• Hi –

I’m using the accordion “link” (hashtag) function and I’m having a few issues.

    1) The wptabtitle has to be named exactly as the hashtag I want to go to. For example, if I have a wptabtitle of “legalassistance”, I get brought to the right accordion spot. If my wptabtitle is “Legal Assistance” and I use “#legal_assistance” (per the documentation), nothing happens.

    2) The accordion does not open when I go to the hashtag. In my Javascript console I get “WP UI error: Error: no such method ‘activate’ for accordion widget instance”.

I’m using the latest non-beta version of Chrome.

    Thanks!

    Chris

    Hello Chris,

This error is most likely due to different version of jQuery loaded in the page, that <b>does not</b> hold the WP UI variables. Please try the compatibility mode (Options -> Advanced).

Also please do check the ID attribute via source or Inspector and Share a link to the troublesome page.
