    Hi.
    I just did a really stupid thing.

    I was trying to add some code into my footer from "Theme's (thematic) Options"... and instead of hitting "Save Changes", I hit "Reset Widgets".

    Needless to say, all of my widgets are now obliterated. Is there any way to retrieve my original widget settings (including text and images etc) from my database backup? If so, could someone tel me how exactly to go about doing so?

    Just searching for a quicker way than replacing all of my widgets manually. Thanks so much in advance for any advice.

    Un-zip your database backup.

    Then in the wp_options table;

    SELECT *
    FROM wp_options
    WHERE option_name LIKE '%sidebars_widgets%'
    LIMIT 0 , 30
