• It’s a bit embarrassing, and I have very little experience in these things, but essentially I ran a “Wordfence” scan of my personal website to find a potential malware issue or malicious script. In the results, one that came back was wp-content/themes/thesis_18/functions.php and in the midst of my ignorance I accidentally asked it to be deleted. After that happened, my website now shows the following line: Fatal error: Call to undefined function thesis_html_framework() in /home/content/d/k/e/dkeg1385/html/wp-content/themes/thesis_18/custom_template.php on line 13

If anyone would be able to help me out with this, I would be extremely grateful. I just do not know where to even begin. A friend of mine encouraged me to post on these forums. I currently have a Thesis 1.8 theme (as is probably evident from the file). My site is “www.dustinandbethany.com”. Thanks for your help.

  • Reinstalling the theme should do the trick. Or, unzip the theme you downloaded and use FTP to upload only the functions.php file.

Thesis is a commercial theme so you may be able to get help from DIYthemes directly.
