Hello WP world! I am using Simple Press forums and there is an upgrade waiting for me. It says I need to delete out my older version plug-in folders in order to upgrade. How do I access those folders so I can delete them? I cant seem to find this on my admin panel in WordPress. Thanks! Im kind of a newbie.

you don't access file directories from within WP, you need to use ftp or your hosts file manager (if offered)
but, for plugins, I believe you can delete plugins from within your admins plugin area

Do you recommend a good FTP to access? The instructions say not to delete the plug in but to delete the files and replace them with the upgrade ones.
