We had a volunteer create a draft of a new wordpress website for our nonprofit. He is MIA and we have a NEW volunteer who can complete the work. We cannot access the logon info. to our template: http://justin-m-helms.net/wordpress-sandbox/ Can you "unlock" it so our new voluneter can work on it?
We can't do anything. WordPress is in no way connected to your site
You need to get access on your end. Hopefully you at least know the ftp/server access info
What do you have access to, anything?
Is the site on your server, or your developers? If it's yours and you do not have access, you may be able to gain access by contacting the host

We can open the link, but cannot make changes - that is only access we have. It is not our site at all. We do not know the host? Cannot reach the volunteer who designed it.
If you do not know the host, and you do not own the hosting, there is very little you can do.
You need access to the files to take control of the site
If it is on your devs hosting, there is nothing you can do.

Shows that the blog is hosted on inmotionhosting.com, but if that is your devs hosting, and not yours, there is absolutely nothing you can do without contacting whomever owns the site (your dev)
