   I'm trying to install WordPress on a local testing server. I got this message:

   <blockquote>There doesn't seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get started.</blockquote>

   I created my database and user and entered the info on the wordpress installer and nothing. Then it suggested I create my own wp-config.php, but I got the error "Access to Macintosh HD:Applications:XAMPP:Xamppfiles:htdocs:wp-config.php"

   I figured it out. I had to change permissions on my htdocs folder
