   Cannot access website or the admin backend. HELP

   Getting the following error:

   Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/j/o/e/joelampl/html/wp/wp-content/themes/CleanStudio/theme-panels/comments.php on line 12

   I'm having a similar problem... How can we FIX something when we can't even log in???

   my error is Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /var/www/domains/whiterivertroutdiva.net/docs/wp-includes/default-filters.php on line 231 when I try to access my blog,

   and

   Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /var/www/domains/whiterivertroutdiva.net/docs/wp-includes/default-filters.php on line 231
   when I try to access the admin login.

   please let me know if you find a solution!

   If you use something like FileZilla, you can access the comments.php and see what is wrong with line 12 and change it.
