  • Hello Faber,

Have you performed the following steps for your Super Admin Account?

    http://wpaam.com/tutorials/aam-super-admin/

As I understand it, this is supposed to make the Super Admin account immune from restrictions and inadvertent changes.

    Best of luck!

    Hello Phil,

thank you for your reply, but I don’t think it’s what we need.
I mean: we use the ‘standard’ admin user (member of the Administrators group), don’t think we’ve to create the Regional Manager role and so on, right?

We can give you access to our backend to let you see what’s going on… ATM I can tell you that if I disable the AAM plugin, the Discount Code editing page works without problems.

    How can we proceed?

    Thank you

    F.

In https://easydigitaldownloads.com/support/topic/discount-codes-has-stopped-working/#post-262083 the EDD developer confirmed that it’s a problem related to AAM, saying that “It is detecting the permissions of the current user incorrectly”

We’ve updated AAM to 2.7.2 version, but the problem persists.

    How can we fix it?
