I am trying to change the title of my blog but can't see the setting link in the Admin Dashboard. I checked and confirmed that I have Admin access, but I still cannot see the settings.
This is why I cant change my blog title. Is it possible to access the title through a php file using Filezilla. If so, in which php file is the blog title stored??
