Accept orders worldwide but ship to only ONE country

    may not be possible, certainly not in the core plugin.

    Thank you for your response. Can I just delete the country field on the Shipping Address part of the Check Out form? Can you give me instructions on how to delete the country field on the Shipping Address part ONLY?

    you might be able to hide them via CSS, I would not advise you to change the core plugin at all.
