I recently wanted to copy the list of my posts in order to have a hard copy. Whilst doing so a window appeared asking for my password. I put in the password which I was using to access my admin account. Either I typed a wrong letter, or the window was actually asking for a new password. Anyhow, since then I get a message stating: "The user name or password you entered for area "Protected" on http://www.e-guidelondon.de:80 was incorrect. Make sure you're entering them correctly, and then try again.
Your password will be sent unencrypted."
The company that administers the site can log in without problems, another administrator also. I was sent a new username and password. But I always get the above window. I am completely lost and can't work on the site. Unfortunately WordPress won't answer e-mails.

Hi govpatel. I am actually the wrong person to answer this. I am the journalist who is filling this website with content. At the moment it is not yet accessible to the public. Let me try to answer: we are building this new website using WordPress. The technical administration is with a Network Solutions company, which has not been able to help me with the problem, because they can access the website and could originally even access it with my username and password. The design is being handled by somebody else. The Network Solutions company passed on a new username and password, but I still get the window mentioned above.

I just realised that I didn't answer you question. It is on wordpress.com - of course. It seems to me that the .80 should give a hint of some sort or other. I am in a fix, because the other two people will join me next week to finalise look and affiliations etc next week and I have been prevented from working on the site.

If it is wordpress.com then I think you need post wordpress.com forum as this wordpress.org selfhosted support.
