I cannot move my pages around? I want to position my pages in ALL PAGES as they will display in the front page tab row. There should be a column where we can set the sequence number on how we want them to appear on the front page.
Also, if you can tell me now how I can arrange my tabs on the Front page, that would be great?
How do I find out what version I have?

    Thanks for your help.

What theme are you referring to? And what version of "what" are you referring to, a plugin or a theme? Can you post a link to your site?

Hi, I just downloaded the WordPress version 2 days ago, so it must be the latest version. If you know where to find the version on my site, let me know.

    1) What I was referring to is the left side column on the WordPress site starting with Dashboard, Jetpack, All in One SEO,...,All Pages,..
Go to golftownlessons.com, and you will see the subject bar with Home, About Me, Testimonials, and Video Testimonials. I want to position the About Me tab at the end of the list without having to delete the page and reinsert it until I see the tab at the end.

    2) I am a newbie and as I was loading my site to build it, WordPress was showing me this Header picture showing gentle blue water kissing some brownish rocks something you would see around Monterey or Carmel in California. I would like to use that picture across the top of my page, but I could not find it in WordPress’s theme! Once I have that image across my header, I want to put my golf picture directly below it either to the top right or top left.

If you have any questions, let me know and I will answer them to the best of my knowledge.

Ah, OK, now I understand. When you say ALL PAGES, you're referring to the admin "Dashboard" instead of the site itself.

OK, first, you can see the WordPress version when you click on the Dashboard link in the upper left. In the section called Right Now, you'll see a summary of your site, and at the bottom is the WordPress version. You'll see a notice in that section if there is a newer version available.

For ALL PAGES, the pages are ordered alphabetically by default, but you can change the appearance in your site's menu by going to Appearances > Menus. In the Primary Menu dropdown list, select Main_Menu as the menu, then you can rearrange the order of the menu items on the right by dragging & dropping. Be sure to click the Save Menu button when you're done.

As far as the header image goes, you have to supply your own header image. The one you saw with the TwentyTwelve demo doesn't come with it, it. Go to Appearance > Header and you can upload an image from there.

    Great, it worked. Thanks

I loaded the image you see, but it will not crop, or make it across my site as the header, making it panoramic: it stays at 960 X 250 pix. Can I make it larger?

The image you're currently displaying in the header is a lot smaller than 960x250, it's 275x183. Is that the original size of the image that you uploaded? You can't stretch out a smaller image and make it bigger. Even if you could, the resolution would be very grainy. Better to start off with a larger size image and make it smaller.
