AAPL / FWAP Issues

I have AAPL working like a charm on my page (http://degrade.LA) but I need the Full Width Audio Player to reload along with the page content (thereby populating the player with the tracks from the playlist that’s shortcoded on the loaded page).

I can’t seem to find the separate area in my PHP to apply my AAPL div id.

Any advice?
