A way to easily change the order of posts (4 posts)

    Hi,

I'm currently working on a friend's blog and she says that on another website that she had worked for(which was also wordpress), there was the possibility of dragging and dropping posts in the "edit posts" screen (just like you do with widgets). She wants the same thing on this blog that i'm working on right now.

So i searched for plugins that change the order of the posts but none of them seemed to work that way. I really don't know what plugin were those guys using and there is no way to find out.

As an example of what we want to achieve: let's say i wrote 5 posts today (news about videogames). The very first two that i wrote are the best, the most attractive, but they show up the fourth and the fifth in the blog. What i would want is that i could drag and drop them in the "edit posts" area so that they will be the first to appear on the blog (until i write a new post, of course).

I hope i've been clear enough. Dunno if my english is that good :). If there's anything that you don't understand please ask me so i can reword what is not clear. Also, i hope i posted in the right section. If not, please point me to the right direction.

P.S. She doesn't want to manually change the date of each post.

    Thanks for the reply :)

I showed this plugin to her yesterday but she said it wasn't this the one she was looking for, because it doesn't look the same.
I don't think that how it looks should be a big problem, though... i mean, if it does the job, it's good. But it doesn't do the job. When i installed pagemash it just "randomized" the order (or maybe i couldn't manage to find out what is the criteria on which it reorders the posts when you activate it). I don't want it to change the order automatically when i press Activate plugin. I just want to be able to manually drag and drop one post above another when i need to.
