    I don’t see any malware on your site; so no worry on that.

    It’s in Italian (and I don’t speak Italian) so it’s a bit hard for me to tell, but I don’t see any suspicious spam link on your template either.

    Your WordPress version is outdated, though; so you would want to update that.

    Who is this “webmaster” that you speak of? Nevertheless, a drop on search engine isn’t always because of malware.
