A stylesheet is missing.

    Hi Guys,

    I’ve got this message at the bottom of my themes page.

    “Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Stylesheet is missing.”

    What does it mean and what can I do about it?

    I have noticed that my blog articles don’t stop after 6 lines or so, they roll out in full, if you know what I mean. I don’t notice that happening on other blogs I read. Plus the font style isn’t consistent from one blog entry to the next.

    What’s wrong with my blog?

    Missing stylesheets are not missing; they’re in the wrong folder.
    The problem comes from the Unzip facility which creates a new Folder inside your destination folder if you’re not careful. Check that you do not have ;
    /wp-content/themes/mynewtheme/mynewtheme/style.css etc.
    move all the files to the higher folder so you get:
    /wp-content/themes/mynewtheme/style.css
    Problem solved.
