A sticky problem (1 post)

At http://www.localmarketingchannel.com/ , the first blog/article is a 'sticky' post so it will stay were it is. I do not want a title for seo reasons (I made the title on the body html an h1 tag). When I first published the article without a title it cam up as 264 under 'Recent Posts' on the right.

I then hand edited the url from http://www.localmarketingchannel.com/264.html to http://www.localmarketingchannel.com/local-marketing-strategies.html but when you click on [click to continue…] on the sticky (home page) it shows up as http://www.localmarketingchannel.com/local-marketing-strategies.html#more-264

So the 264 is still in the Recent Posts section and I want it out! How do I do that? Thank you.
