A social media plugin only on homepage (1 post)

    Hi! I'd like to add a plugin on my wordpress site : social medi buttons (facebook, twitter, etc) to share contents, that will appear only on the home page.
    Every plugins I find is for the posts ...
    Since I'm very new on wordpress, a plugin easy to use would be perfect!
