A simple plugin to unsert a colored text box

Hello!

Could you please advice the simplest plugin to insert a rectangular colored text box with borders and some lines of my comments in any place of a page? And a “dashboard’ level – don’t ask me to write a code, please 🙂 I need options just to change color, size and font.

I tried to download somple field but I cannot understand a word, what should I do to create such a box

Please help 🙂
