    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\tabrizdownload.com\httpdocs\wp-includes\wp-db.php on line 359

    Whatever I do, i get this error specially when my internet speed is low. I’ve read many articles, all related it to plugins. But if you look at the error, it has nothing to do with plugins.
