   Dear Sirs overseas,

   I´m 19 years old and developing an internt site.
   I have certain knowledges in CSS and Web-Design, partly php.

   Currently, I support a very good friend in designing of his own website.
   I personally don´t have enough knowledge to develop a cms blog like WP or simliar. So I have to use a script like WordPress, which seems to be very good and useful in our project.

   Now, after a short introduction into the whole scenario, I want to ask the 3 main questions.

   1.
   My friend is an active (democratic) politician and member of a party. On the one , his site contains private informations, on the other hand, it contains political messages and links to political sites and a party.
   But of course, he does not earn any money with the website. So :
   Is it a commercial use, or a private (the domain adress is his full private name) use ? May I use WordPress in this context ?
   (I know about the GPL , but I can´t extract the answer regarding to my question)

   2. May I copy a design like curved and mod it in a way i like it ?
   Is it possible to include a flash animation into the header ?

   3rd and last question : Where would I have to place a copyright information and how big woudl it be.

   3. In the footer would be preferred, any size will do.

   By the way, you should ask the German WordPress support group next time. They are very active, very helpful, and offer support in your native language. ^_-

   Yes

   There are many political websites in the USA using WP - and the fact they use WP is not one of their problems :)
