   Just upgraded to WP 3.3.1, and I am having problems with post categories. They are unchecked when I am editing a post.

   I tried deactivating all my plugins, and to activate the standard twenty eleven theme. The problem still exists.

   The server is running php version: 5.2.14
   MySQL v: 5.0.41
   And runs on a Linux machine.

   Anyone else thats having the same problem?

   I tried upgrading my personal blog. Its not having the same problem, its located on a different server though...

   Seems like it started working again... now thats weird. Oh well. For now its "Resolved".
