Hi All,
I'm planning to create an e-book and publish it in my blog, what's most suitable plug-in I've to use for making that e-book available for visitors?
I'm looking for a plug-in ease publishing e-books (creating auto index, auto hyper-links for paragraphs.. etc)
PS
I don't want to create static pages, links for paragraphs and book index manually.

I'm also looking for an easy way to link posts and pages into a coherent book. Drupal has a lot of plugins for this. They publish their own manuals in this form. Why doesn't there seem to be anything like this for WordPress. This is the only thing I regret about dropping Drupal. In fact, I'm thinking of setting up a Drupal site just to host my books. I sure hope there is a better solution. Just the thought of going back really shakes me up.
