I am so disappointed.. this is my second post here and with the first I got no help but this time got worse...please help me, please !

I made a new post on my blog (I use IE) and inside the new post I "copied & pasted" a short text I previously wrote on an email (Outlook Express)... this messed up THE ENTIRE HOME PAGE, changing fonts in the other posts (!!??) and making them all bold BUT ONLY IN THE HOME PAGE.

The interesting thing is that if you click on "read the rest of ths entry" for the other posts, you can read them LIKE THEY WERE ORIGINALLY WRITTEN, with the default font of WordPress and the few words I wrote in bold.... everything is ok

One more thing: last time I didn't "copy & paste" a text from anything, but still it happened more or less the same, the whole home page was messed up ( http://wordpress.org/support/topic/145077?replies=1 ) and posts became all bold in the front page (AND ONLY THERE), only difference is the font remained the original one everywhere.

Fisrt of all: you don't get replies because you are in the wrong forum.
Blogs hosted at wordpress.COM - like yours - have their own forum: http://wordpress.com/forums

    We are the wordpress.ORG people!

But regardless, never do this agin:
inside the new post I "copied & pasted" a short text I previously wrote on an email (Outlook Express).

...I "copied & pasted" a short text I previously wrote on an email (Outlook Express)...

I suspect that is the cause of the problem. This is similar to another thread from just a few minutes ago. Never copy and paste from anything but a plain text editor such as notepad.

As per your unanswered question you're actually in the wrong forum. :) You want to be in http://en.forums.wordpress.com/ which is the official WordPress.com forum.

moshu, LenK, thanks for the reply and for sending the right link. I realized the "copy & paste" was the reason for my problems but I was actually looking for a SOLUTION !!

Thank you both for re-directing me, I will post the thread in the correct forum !

Sorry for wasting your time, regards :-)

The solution is apparent. Edit the post in question as the copy & paste from Outlook caused it.

Looking at your source code I still see a few strange characters. Have you tried copy & paste that post into a plain text editor such as notepad, save as UTF-8, delete the post then repost from the saved composition in notepad?
