   saying wonderful site/portal etc. How to avoid these, specify them somewhere?

   I have Akismet installed

   Akismet doesn't put them in the spam queue? Do that manually, Akismet is a learning spamfilter.
   Also it could help to also install the Bad Behavior plugin.

   Akismet can quickly adapt to the everchanging SPAM scenarios. If you find a possible spam comment, just mark it as SPAM and from next time onwards it'll be gone for good.

   The same applies to false positives. It'll take care from next time onwards
