I’ve been hoping for this feature to be implemented ever since I started using WP, however in the mean time there are certain plugins that go someway to making it easier to manage.

LSB Web Design: I already have 90 pages and 300 pictures on my site (WP 3.9.1 with Twentyfourteen theme). The crucial question is: Will the pictures remain in place after they are arranged in folders?

Hi maldiver we’re kind of getting off track from the original post here, so like esmi said you should really check out that plugins FAQs or ask a question on its appropriate support forum section.
But in answer to your question yes, if you are asking what I think your asking then the images should remain in place as it changes the media links in the database so they shouldn’t break when you arrange them in folders.
