a little better CSS file for Stattraq

    Hi all

    Here is already a little better CSS file for Stattraq.
    It was showing the graphics downbelow the page in IE.

    The file needs more improvement.
    Although I am not the developer of Statraq I think it is a litlle more nice when the pages are also better viewable in IE, although I am not a great fan from IE.

    Hope some people can use it.
