   I am getting the following error when trying to use eShop on my wife's website:

   Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/koaca:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/koaca/public_html/transgenderconsulting.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1942

   have you uploaded any images via WP to the site?
   is wp-content writable?
