A good Plugin for Bulk Image Uploads & Auto thumbnails

    Hello.

    I was using WordPress Flash uplaoder, but it gets error sadly..

    would you recommend a good plugin for multiple images uploading and generate thumbnails for wp setting automatically?
    1. Image bulk upload
    2. Automatic thumbnail generate.

    either way is good too!
