A few things to thing about

1. Ability to do an ascending and descending sort order.
2. Shared folders owned by the group as well as the individual owner of a folder that many can post to. i.e. if each person shares their agenda notes you would have a number of shared agenda folders instead of one shared one.
3. Ability to upload revisions. No need to lock files, just the ability to say that this file is a revision of that other file.
4. Also ability to change the tab name of BuddyDrive to Documents or Files
