A different header from home page vs. sub pages

    I was able to succesfully customize my site header using a photo rotation with wp-cycle. This is the header I want to appear on my home page.

    I do not, however, want this same header to appear on the sub-pages of my site. The format is the same, but I just want to use a static, shorter image in my media library in place of the rotation.

    My questions is–how do I change the code to make this happen? Or can I? Any help would be apprecaited.
