    Hi guys,

Firstly I am trying to format the Events page search form, (size of text boxes, search button image etc) I cant find how to add CSS to the search form and bring all of the boxes on 1 or 2 lines

Heres my site with what I can change:

My second question is how do I add a background to the event listings, I just want a rounded square background per listing.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Your problem is that your theme is forcing paragraphs into your content. To disable that: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wpautop#Disabling_the_filter

chances are this is something you have to sort out in your theme.

events are custom post types, so you can e.g. create a template file just for your event CPTs by e.g. copying/renaming

single.php to single-event.php in your theme.

Alternatively you may be able to do this just by adding CSS to your theme.
