   I just started learning WP. I am interested in using it to develop standard websites and no blogging My site homepage has a post on it that has my User Name - Logout? and wants a reply. I've been all through the dashboard and can't get rid of it. What am I doing wrong? I also installed "Good Old Gallery" and it isn't showing up.

   Any help appreciated.

   what do you mean? I don't really get your question? perhaps you can show us your website and let us know what you want to configure?

   Here's another newbie question. I have created some articles that combine handwriting, illustration and type. I can save them as .pdf's but WordPress won't allow me to upload them that way (except as a click-on). How else could I save them? Is there a plug-in or something?
