paintersinnI have been asked to add a form to a wordpress website. It is to be a quotation form for bespoke windows and what he would like me to do is get the usual details, name, email etc...then a field to say how many windows they want quoted, then there to be the relevant amout of fields to appear so for instance, they input 4 windows then the 4 fields appear maybe as a drop down for them to put in the measurements.
Is there one that has this feature that anyone knows of? Many thanks :)
