Tom BelknapThe site that I'm building for a colleague of mine is sort of a news website. As such, we'd like to be able to build "Section A1" type front pages for Categories. Meaning, when you view the category "Schools," the first page of results aught to be different than subsequent paging, with some extra columns of widgets below a single post as a feature on the top.
So, I'm just looking for the best solution for this. Widgets and columns I can handle. What I need to know is: can I set a front page for a Category that has a different number of posts per page than subsequent pages? And perhaps have those subsequent pages display only excerpts rather than full posts?
