   first to the developers of WordPress for making 1.5 so easily customized by use of the theme system - even with a dozen themes, when I need to change or add something in the sidebar, it's super easy to do so because things are generally where they belong, theme to theme (Taft being a notable exception - but that's okay, it's just too cool not to have!)

   second to the folks here who provide help, answering the same questions over and over.... I'm sure it sometimes seems a thankless job.

   third for the usable search facility - true, it returns only a few results, but by following up using the "google" option, it's really helpful.

   Just my two bitty cents.
