   I have a dedicated server.
   One account is called "desiratv"
   One account is called "blognews"

   the "blognews" account is up and ready to go though the 5 min install process. What I would like to do is make "blognews" use the data within the "desiratv" database

   When I try to run the install process for "blognews" I can enter the information for the already populated "desiratv" database. I have a weird feeling that the install will overwrite the data on the "desiratv" database.

   How can I avoid this. All I want to do is get a wordpress account to use data already in another installation's database?

   Can anyone help?

   I advice you to to backup your first Worpdress Installation and to restore it in your New webserver
