Post Meta Data – How do I remove it?

Hi, I am new at WordPress. My employer has handed me a notebook and said, “fix this”. First thing up – post meta data (I only know what that means ’cause I searched wordpress.org first).

We want to remove the post meta data from the post. How can I achieve this? Remember, I am a newbie! Start at step one please.

Note: we are working in the theme “White House Pro”.
