Maximum Account Limit?

Is there a maximum number of accounts this plugin can access for the Available Accounts drop down? I manage a bunch of accounts for my clients, and I just added a new one, tracking is enabled on google already, but the accoutn isn’t showing up in my avaialbe accounts.
How can I get this plugin to work with a lot of accounts? Also, any other way to select accounts, like using the ga code? So that my clients that visit their own wp admin won’t be able to drop down the available accounts to choose to view another of my clients data. thanks
