  • @nyla123,

    I can’t find the subscription form page on your site, please can you post a direct link to it. Also, the “Follow” button is from JetPack – or is that the name you gave the page?

    Hi, thanks so much for your response. I am using jetpack on my wordpress site and I called my page ‘follow’ for subscribe2.

    Here is the link to my ‘follow’ page

    http://blog.bentartists.com/subscribe/

    2 things happen when trying to subscribe, 1. nothing 2. goest to a page where it says ‘request has timed out please try again later’

    Thanks again for helping, this is makeing me crazy!

    @nyla123,

    I suspect a good part of you issues is that you have 2 domains redirecting to each other. There is a good chance that any information that is posted to one domain is being lost when the web page request is being redirected to another domain.

    Why is it set up like that?

    I am really green when it comes to these issues but I belive you are talking about the fact that you can go to http://www.getbentbeautyblog.com or http://blog.bentartists.com/. I am hosting my wordpress blog on my company website to get more traffic to my website but I didn’t want to confine my blog to just my website cliets so I thought if I just bought a domain name (getbentbeautyblog.com) and have it redirect traffic to the blog that would help. From what I gather you are saying that is what is causing my problem so should I just get rid of the getbentbeautyblog domain?

    Thanks again.

    @nyla123,

    It’s worth a try. Also try disabling other plugins on your blog and also try reverting to one of the core WordPress themes. The issue may be to do with a conflict somewhere also.
