Adding Sharing features to New Post email for subscribers

Is there a way to add sharing buttons (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) in the emails kicked to subscribers when I make a new post?

So, for example, a subscriber receives an email with my new post and it looks great. They say, “Wow! This is great stuff! I mean, seriously the best stuff I’ve ever read! I need everyone to see this!” Instead of having them forward to their friends, I was hoping there is a way to add a Facebook and Twitter sharing button in the email body?

I see it in some of the emails I receive from blogs I subscribe to, but I know they aren’t generated by Jetpack.
