Use lower-level page

    Sorry, I have moved on to a different solution.

    From recollection, it was pretty clear from the plugin admin code that it was only looking at the pages hanging off the site root for the specified page name.

    It may be important that I am using WordPress MU.

    No problem.

    Also, having a drop down list of all the pages instead of having to type the name would be a good addition 🙂
